Our proven process
Our philosophy is that technology is secondary to customer requirement, this means that every engagement begins with a detailed requirements gathering exercise. Our process is simple and effective:
- Understand and document requirement
- Scope a solution to the requirement then consult about potential products and services to make a short list or final selection including cost comparisons
- Produce a project initiation document or final proposal and commence project
- Implement the agreed scope and review project on completion
- Handover to customer including skills transfer if needed
- Provide 24/7 support if required for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line queries.
In the event that something does not go to plan, we use Kaizen continuous improvement to prevent it happening again.
