Our proven process

Our philosophy is that technology is secondary to customer requirement, this means that every engagement begins with a detailed requirements gathering exercise.  Our process is simple and effective:

  1. Understand and document requirement
  2. Scope a solution to the requirement then consult about potential products and services to make a short list or final selection including cost comparisons
  3. Produce a project initiation document or final proposal and commence project
  4. Implement the agreed scope and review project on completion
  5. Handover to customer including skills transfer if needed
  6. Provide 24/7 support if required for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line queries.

In the event that something does not go to plan, we use Kaizen continuous improvement to prevent it happening again.
